The Pakistan Society of Food Scientists and Technologists (PSFST), established in 1981, is a professional organization dedicated to the advancement of food science and technology in Pakistan. PSFST serves as a platform for food scientists, technologists, researchers, and industry professionals to collaborate and innovate.

Our society is committed to fostering collaboration between academia, industry, and government agencies to address challenges in food safety, nutrition, processing, and sustainability. We organize conferences, workshops, and training programs to facilitate knowledge exchange and capacity building.

PSFST is the proud publisher of the Pakistan Journal of Food Sciences (PJFS), a peer-reviewed scientific journal that serves as a platform for disseminating cutting-edge research in food science and technology.
