The Pakistan Journal of Food Sciences (Pak J Food Sci) is committed to the principles of open access to scientific research. We believe that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

To support the costs of publication and ensure sustainable open access, the Pakistan Journal of Food Sciences charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) after manuscript acceptance.

Figures submitted in color will be published in color in the online version of the journal at no additional cost. If you wish to have color figures in the printed version, the fee will be determined during the production process.

Authors publishing in the Pakistan Journal of Food Sciences retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
